Immigrant Visa Unit (Permanent Residency):

Important Notice: We will only receive phone calls for the following cases: 

  • Applicants with pending cases who have a ticket receipt.
  • US citizens or businesses inquiring about a specific case.
  • Businesses or organizations calling about specific group travel requirements.

 

Any other inquiries should be submitted via the Visa Section Contact Form (Feedback Form) or placing a call to the Visa Information Center.

 

If you have a question concerning an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa, please send us an email using the Visa Section Contact Form (Feedback Form). We will respond to you within three working days.  Unfortunately, we are not able to reply to faxed or paper correspondence.

 

The U.S. Embassy in Lima is located on Avenida La Encalada, cuadra 17, in the El Derby neighborhood of Monterrico (west of the Panamericana highway, south of Avenida Javier Prado).  We are directly across from the El Polo shopping center.

Note: The Embassy is not open to the public on Peruvian or American holidays.
