Medical Services
The Embassy does not have a physician or medical facilities to treat patients. In the case of an emergency, get the patient to a medical facility immediately. There are several ambulance services available, but response times vary widely, so a taxi is often the best option. The Embassy provides a list of medical resources located in Peru.
