Expedited Appointments

If you need to travel to the United States for a medical emergency / treatment, or for business or study purposes, an expedited appointment can be requested. 

The U.S. Visa Service handles the scheduling of all interview appointments, including requests for expedited appointments due to urgent travel needs.  For more information regarding scheduling an appointment and the requirements to qualify for an expedited appointment, please visit the Expedited Appointments section of their website.

We always recommend that individuals apply for visas well in advance of their proposed date of travel.  No assurances regarding the issuance of visas can be given in advance.  Therefore, final travel plans or the purchase of non-refundable tickets should not be made until a visa has been issued and you have received your passport via DHL.
