Official/Diplomatic Visas
Applicants for visas A, C-3, and G (official/diplomatic visa applications) require a Foreign Ministry, Embassy or International Organization protocol note. For information on how to apply, you may contact the Visa Unit from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 618-2000.
Applicants for A-3 and G-5 visas should make a regular appointment by obtaining a PIN and contacting the visa appointment and information service 705-3007.
Every applicant, without exception, must fill out the Electronic Visa Application Form and attach a photo 2 by 2 inches.
Official/Diplomatic Visas Applicants Interested in Bring Domestic Employees to the U.S.
The employer must provide a contract that includes the employer’s agreement to:

abide by all Federal, State, and local laws in the United States,

not to withhold the employee’s passport or any other personal property of the employee
The contract must also include information on:

the frequency and form of payment,
-
work duties,
-
weekly work hours,
-
holidays,
-
sick days,
-
vacation days
